Our aim
Newcastle University Protein and Proteome Facility (NUPPA)
This core facility was set up to support researchers’ protein and proteome analysis needs within and outside of Newcastle University.
We are open to discussion and experimental planning at all stages of a project, please reach out at your earliest convenience if you have any queries.
Who we are
Our main focus is protein science: protein purification, protein identification and quantification, mass, size, shape, and the interactions of proteins.
We specialise in Discovery Proteomics, also offering services in biomolecule quantification, protein mass determination and sequence determination.
Our services
